Wright Way Car wash

The automatic car wash is one of the best I have used in a long time and it is highly affordable unlike some that want $18 for a basic wash. My car came out sparkling clean, the rims were shinning after all the salt from the winter roads!

I always have a great experience here at my favorite car wash. I enjoy the drive through car wash and I really enjoy the turbo vacuums. I had a minor issue one time and I called and spoke to Mr. Wright who was happy to go above and beyond to fix the issue. He even explained what I did wrong (in a nice way lol) so that I could better understand why the issue happened. I can tell that the owners are good and are not just about money. I stayed on the phone with Mr. Wright for about 10-15 mins because he’s just a nice guy who wanted to keep talking and he offered me 2 free washes. That was actually in August I think. So I’m a bit late on my review. But anyways I called recently because the vacuum just kept going and wouldn’t turn off. I like these guys so I wanted to let them know their machine wouldn’t turn off and that I had been vacuuming my car for like 10 mins. I spoke to the kind woman who answered and I just really appreciate when people are kind. I couldn’t just leave and let the vacuum keep going like that. Customer service is everything to me and they have top tier customer service. I used the drive through wash the other day and then I wiped my car down and it looks amazing!

Convenient location, reasonable price, and car gets clean. I have used this place multiple times since getting a newer car and I wanted to avoid the scratches that come with a touch wash. Tonight they went above and beyond. There was an issue with the wash, so I called the number and Mr. Wright answered promptly and resolved the issue and even gave a complimentary upgrade for the inconvenience. I am very pleased with the service and will continue coming back several times per year!

Best touchless Carwash I’ve ever been to. Car looks better than when I hand wash lol Well worth the 14 bucks for the best treatment. Obviously drying your car makes the difference aswell.

The bay closest to 55 worked today, but the card reader on bay closer to Food Lion couldn’t seem to read any of my credit cards. There were a few people utilizing the self-serve bays which appeared to operating well. Does include an under-carriage wash, and is relatively cheap, especially as close to the interstate as it is.
